Welcome to my site! I'm currently located on the Central Coast of NSW in Australia, but I still call Nanaimo, BC, Canada my home and plan to be back at least once a year for a visit (next visit - June/July 2008).

I was born in the year of the rabbit in Chilliwack, BC, Canada. My father was in the military so we moved around every 3-4 years which I think has attributed to my desire to travel. I have traveled throughout North America (Canada & the USA), Central America (Mexico), Europe (England, Wales, Amsterdam, Germany, Luxembourg, France, Belgium & Switzerland), Asia (North Korea, South Korea, Japan, China, Hong Kong, Macau, Vietnam, Cambodia, Laos, Thailand, Malaysia & Singapore) and Australasia (Australia & New Zealand)... and the list is not done yet.

I have been in the fitness industry for over 10 years and have dabbled on and off in the modeling and acting world. These professions are hobbies of mine and not my "real" job which of course is teaching.

I make every effort to read and respond to emails left by you, my fans. Unfortunately I don’t always have enough time in the day to respond to everyone, if only I could “twin” myself. If you want to contact me, then please make sure you sign up to my Yahoo and/or Msn Groups as I frequent those groups often and always take the time out of my day to personally approve and/or respond to messages in those groups. Please understand that I am a busy person and I am not online to find my soul mate, nor am I interested in adding people to messenger, so please respect my privacy and time.
