I was born in the year of the rabbit in Chilliwack, BC, Canada. My father was in the military so we moved around every 3-4 years which I think has attributed to my desire to travel. I have travelled throughout North America (Canada & the USA), Central America (Mexico), Europe (England, Wales, Amsterdam, Germany, Luxembourg, France, Belgium & Switzerland), Asia (North Korea, South Korea, Japan, China, Hong Kong, Macau, Vietnam, Cambodia, Laos, Thailand, Malaysia & Singapore) and Australasia (Australia, Fiji, & New Zealand)... and the list is not done yet.

I have been in the fitness industry for over 10 years and have dabbled on and off in the modelling and acting world. These professions are hobbies of mine and not my "real" job which of course is teaching.

I make every effort to read and respond to emails left by you, my fans. Unfortunately I don’t always have enough time in the day to respond to everyone, if only I could “twin” myself.
